Better health suggestion: "Earthing"

Laying outside ON THE GROUND for twenty minutes.. It re-coagulates your blood. Yes, you can walk in your bare feet or other ways the connections is what is needed. I think just laying out on the grass or sand, dirt, etc it will enliven us.

It is called: Earthing, the earth has an endless supply of energy. Our bodies need the negative ions from the ground for balance and better health. Your red blood cells also have a covering that is a negative surface charge. This force from earthing allows the cells to repel each other so they don't clog.

It also lowers stress, creates a better mood helps with your heart rate and blood pressure.

This last few weeks have been filled with prayers for so many of you .
Im seeing some pretty difficult things you're going through.
As I was doing my morning prayer I pulled this card from my angel cards.
NEW BEGINNINGS..I started laughing and felt a calm enter my heart.
All of us walk through moments that seem stirring. Just stay calm it will pass it is bringing you to a New Beginning..
To begin something means something is ending.
You're ready for a change..of thought of an experience an illness or so many things I could list here. Its all for a change a new beginning.
