White represents pure divine spirit. I burn this color only. When I need to focus on a special request this draws the energy of my request to me. 

I know there are other colors many burn and there is a reason for all of them. I never would burn a red or black candle. Thus being who I am the white is universal. It is a eternal flame of connection with spirit..

 I just finished reading the book “In The Eye of The Beholder” by my dear friend Diane. The story was just what I needed at this time. It reaffirms that we are never alone in this realm and nothing is by coincidence. I truly believe when we are open minded we have a clear understanding of the people, places and things we come in contact with. Everything does happen for a reason. The story takes place in a beautiful little town where all the residents live in harmony & have true understanding of the physical and spirit realms. There is so much uncertainty in our world right now that such a book can give us peace of mind and teach us to show compassion & kindness. We need more of this in our world. Laying outside ON THE GROUND for twenty minutes.. It re-coagulates your blood. Yes, you can walk in your bare feet or other ways the connections is what is needed. I think just laying out on the grass or sand, dirt, etc it will enliven us.
