Worry and Fear block dreams!
When you feel them.
Try to set them aside and think of moments that made you happy in your life.
Places you love to go. Anything that makes you smile.
It changes the vibration of these two feelings.
Focus on the "good feeling"
then these just seem to fade in the mist......
Let your imagination focus on good thoughts.
~ Then it comes!~
Sometimes it is hard to set them aside. I know, but it does work!
When your in the moment it is as if your drowning and someone tries to throw you a life jacket.
The only thing is you have to do is reach for it.
Hear the voice of your guide within that says..
Here grab this !! If your eyes are closed and ears are filled with words of fear.
You're in trouble. Serious trouble.
If you don't listen, the moment stays right in place and you get what you are thinking..
"I am not going to make it, I can't move from here." There is no way out... on and on.
Open your eyes there is a way out !!
REACH FOR THE GOOD FEELING THOUGHT"
IT WILL BRING YOU OUT OF WHERE YOU ARE.
Then it is ease and flow... ease and flow.
Now you’re going down stream..
(whew.)..the rapids and rocks almost made you drown but you didn't..
You did it..
Illness can be cured, broken hearts given new directions, finances made abundant..
All of it..
No limits..
Words don’t teach.
Experience is the best teacher of all.
Reach for it!!
What do you have to lose?
NOTHING..
Just a few moments of pretending and not thinking of the things that are upsetting you.
Source loves all of us and loves it when we understand "ask and it is given'
....but mean it
.... feel it.
