Laying outside ON THE GROUND for twenty minutes.. It re-coagulates your blood. Yes, you can walk in your bare feet or other ways the connections is what is needed. I think just laying out on the grass or sand, dirt, etc it will enliven us.

It is called: Earthing, the earth has an endless supply of energy. Our bodies need the negative ions from the ground for balance and better health. Your red blood cells also have a covering that is a negative surface charge. This force from earthing allows the cells to repel each other so they don't clog.
